Abstract
Fibrous dysplasia is a bone pathology characterised by abnormal differentiation of osteoblasts leading to replacement of normal marrow and cancellous bone by immature bone and fibrous stroma. A case report of a 20-year-old female patient with a chief complaint of a swelling in the right upper back tooth region, of 6 months duration which was diagnosed as an immature fibrous dysplasia is presented.Entities:
