Quantitative expression of VG Kv 1.6 channels immunoreactivity on various days in vitro (DIV) following treatment with trophic factors. The values are represented as mean±SD of fluorescence intensity in RGCs as indicated by the gray level (256 is bright fluorescence, 0 is blank) compared to controls.
