Abstract
The toxic leukoencephalopathy syndrome is increasingly recognized, but rarely presents as an acute cerebrovascular syndrome. We report a 23-year-old man with sudden onset of a right hemispheric sensorimotor syndrome and final diagnosis of HIV-induced toxic leukoencephalopathy.Entities:
