Abstract
Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are important regulators of immune responses. These cells suppress the cytotoxic activities of natural killer (NK)-cell and T-cell effectors and promote tumor growth. We demonstrated that depleting MDSCs improve therapeutic responses to vaccination in a murine model of lung cancer. This approach may prove beneficial against tumors in which MDSC exert prominent immunosuppressive effects.Entities:
