Abstract
The coracobrachialis muscle has been suggested for possible use in coverage in infraclavicular defects, specifically in postmastectomy reconstructive patients. This case report demonstrates the successful clinical use of this flap for coverage of exposed axillary vessels in the infraclavicular area. Anatomy and techniques of dissection are reviewed as well as potential disadvantages.Entities:
