Abstract
Exertional leg pain is a common condition seen in athletes and the general population. Although the differential diagnosis of exertional leg pain is broad, this article focuses on the incidence, anatomy, pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, management, and return-to-play guidelines of chronic exertional compartment syndrome and vascular and nerve entrapment etiologies.Entities:
