Abstract
We present a case where the nipple was malpositioned after a wide local excision for breast cancer. Despite the nipple malposition, the areola was symmetrical with the contralateral side. We were able to reproduce symmetry between both breasts by the use of a transposition flap to reposition the nipple and skin grafting.Entities:
