Abstract
Wegener's granulomatosis is a chronic relapsing condition requiring long term immunosuppressive treatment. Periodic exacerbations may require increased dosage of steroids and/or cyclophosphamide. We present a case of a patient with end-stage renal failure who had repeated pulmonary cavitating lesions but was unable to tolerate high dose standard therapy. After only a few months with cyclosporin A there was almost complete resolution of his lung lesions.Entities:
