Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is a rare benign vascular proliferation with lymphocytic and eosinophilic infiltrate. Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia presents as single or multiple dome-shaped papules or plaques involving the dermis and subcutaneous tissues of the head and neck region.
