Abstract
T cell receptor-induced activation of the Ras signaling pathway is essential for T cell development, proliferation and differentiation. Given the central role of Ras in T cell biology its activation must be tightly regulated. However, precisely how Ras activation is controlled in T cells is not completely understood. In this review, we provide a summary of the known factors and mechanisms involved in positive and negative regulation of Ras activation in the T cell lineage.Entities:
