Abstract
Diagnosis of the pulmonary manifestations of small-vessel vasculitis requires attention to detail, judicious use of imaging technology, and awareness of disorders that can mimic or masquerade as pulmonary vasculitis. Treatment should begin with pharmacologic intervention to manage the underlying inflammatory disorder. Dilation procedures and, in rare cases, surgery may be needed to resolve airway stenosis.Entities:
