Abstract
An aberrant common carotid artery is a rare anatomical anomaly. We report a case of an aberrant carotid artery running across the trachea in a patient undergoing total thyroidectomy. This rare anomaly may make a tracheostomy, a particularly hazardous procedure.Entities:
