Abstract
Sclerosing hemangioma is a rare pulmonary tumor that usually grows as a peripheral intraparenchymal lesion in the lungs. Although some case series have described this rare tumor, endobronchial growth of sclerosing hemangioma is extremely rare, with only 3 reported cases in the literature to date. We describe a patient who presented with respiratory arrest secondary to bilateral mechanical airway obstruction caused by this tumor. Such a presentation has never been described in the literature before and, as such, proved to be a challenging diagnosis.Entities:
