Abstract
In this review, the authors highlight the clinical setting, symptoms, and imaging findings in nonthrombotic pulmonary embolism that radiologists may encounter in their clinical practice. We illustrate the imaging features based on the inciting agent with an emphasis on computed tomography. The diagnosis of nonthrombotic pulmonary embolism usually requires a high index of clinical suspicion and knowledge of the typical radiological findings.Entities:
