Abstract
The author of this article undertook a small qualitative study of the best way to prepare unscheduled care staff for team-based delivery of patient care. The study was intended to highlight problems in interprofessional training courses so that guidelines for the delivery of such courses can be developed. The findings show that trainers cannot assume that all participants in training courses understand the terminology used. This article discusses this finding further.Entities:
