Abstract
Wet age-related macular degeneration which incidence increases year by year is a blinding eye disease, but current clinical methods of treatment on this disease are limited and the outcome is not ideal. Recent studies have found abnormally high expression of tissue factors which are targets for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration to achieve a certain effect in the choroidal neovascularization.
