Abstract
A pregnant patient was delivered by cesarean section with blindness occurring in the postoperative period. Diagnostic evaluation revealed the presence of massive pulmonary embolus associated with cardiogenic shock. The differential diagnosis of blindness during pregnancy is discussed.Entities:
