Abstract
Neonatal compartment syndrome is a rare condition mainly involving the upper extremity associated with necrotic lesions. It is often initially misdiagnosed because the skin lesions mimic several other conditions of the newborn. Early diagnosis and timely intervention are of paramount importance to achieve the best outcome. In the present case, we describe a newborn with forearm compartment syndrome owing to being stuck in the birth canal.Entities:
