Abstract
Hemomediastinum and hemothorax due to spontaneous internal mammary artery (IMA) rupture is extremely rare, and can be a life-threatening condition. We herein present, to the best of our knowledge, the first case of spontaneous IMA rupture complicating myelodysplastic syndrome, and the first case that was successfully treated by emergency trans-arterial embolization using n-butyl cyanoacrylate.Entities:
