Ureteroscopic stone manipulation during pregnancy.

We report on 2 successful cases of ureteroscopic stone manipulation during pregnancy using the rigid ureteroscope. These 2 cases are reported to show the utility of this technique when applied to low ureteral stones presenting in third trimester of pregnancy. We believe this technique is safe, both for the mother and the fetus, when carefully applied to selected individuals.
