Abstract
Presacral schwannoma is a rare tumor, diagnosed essentially by pelvi-rectal digital examination. Diagnostic investigations should include initial CT-scan followed by pelvic MRI. The role of angiography and preoperative biopsy remain debated. Management is surgical: several surgical routes are possible to remove the tumor; resection essentially consists of enucleation.Entities:
