Abstract
A 68-year-old woman presented with unilateral herpetiform skin lesions of the face. She also showed reduced eye lid and mimic function as well as hearing loss. In addition grouped vesicles were seen in the outer ear canal. We diagnosed Ramsay Hunt syndrome and administered intravenous acyclovir, prednisolone and pentoxifylline. Within a few weeks, there was complete remission including the neurological symptoms.Entities:
