Abstract
A case is described of a 55-year-old male with hypophosphataemic vitamin D-resistant rickets, who presented with long-standing back pain and paraesthesiae in both legs considered to be due to osteoid encroachment on an already narrow spinal canal. Marked symptomatic improvement has followed extensive lumbar laminectomy.Entities:
