Juvenile ossifying fibroma of maxilla.

Yadavalli Guruprasad1, Girish Giraddi.

Abstract

Juvenile ossifying fibroma is a benign, but potentially aggressive, fibroosseous tumour of the craniofacial bones. The authors describe a case of a juvenile ossifying fibroma of maxilla presenting in a 14-year-old girl and review the histology, clinical behavior, and management of this uncommon but disfiguring lesion.
