Abstract
Rhinosporidiosis usually affects the mucous membrane of nose and conjunctiva, less frequently lacrimal sac, urethra, and skin. This is a case presentation of rare lacrimal sac rhinosporidiosis for the first time reported from the state of Tripura in North East India. Diagnosis of rhinosporidiosis is usually made by routine histological examination and treatment is surgical excision. It needs follow up as recurrence is common.Entities:
