Abstract
Intestinal lymphangiectasia is a rare benign disease characterised by focal or diffuse dilation of the mucosal, submucosal and subserosal lymphatics. Clinically, the patients may present with protein losing enteropathy (PLE), hypoproteinemic oedema, chylous ascites, pleural effusion, acute appendicitis and intestinal obstruction.Entities:
