[leiomyoma of the bladder. Apropos of a case].

Leiomyomas are the most common form of benign mesenchymal bladder tumour. While the diagnosis may be suggested on radiological investigations, it can only be confirmed by histology. The prognosis is good, the treatment being exclusively surgical.
