Abstract
The Odontogenic Keratocyst is a developmental odontogenic cyst and deserves special attention because of its peculiar histopathologic features and biologic behavior. It is believed that the Odontogenic Keratocyst arises from the proliferation of remnants of dental lamina. It is usually asymptomatic, and solitary lesion, however, it may be associated with Nevoid Basal Cell Carcinoma Syndrome. This work aimed to present a case of a very extensive Odontogenic Keratocyst in a 28-year-old woman.Entities:
