Abstract
Maxillary Sinus is an unusual site for lodgment of foreign bodies. We present a rare case of impacted bullel in the right maxillary sinus which entered through the orbital floor which could be removed after using a nasal endoscope through a Caldwell luc approach.Keywords: Maxillary sinus; bullet; foreign body
