Foresteir's Disease (dish) causing dysphonia and dysphagia.

Abstract

A cardiac patient who under went bypass surgery, has been investigated for mild dyspahagia and Dysphonia. He has been diagnosed as a case of Foresteri's Disease and has been followed up for one year. The Symptoms and findings were stationary.
