Laryngeal melanosis.

Abstract

We describ a case iaryngcul melanosis in a 62 year old male. the pigmentation was visible on gross examination during laryngoscopy ana histologicatly a single foci showing changes of carcinoma in situ was identified. The biopsy tissue, however did not reveal any frank changes of malignancy.
