Bilateral choanal atresia in adults - a rare presentation.

Abstract

The occurrence of bilateral choanal atresia in adults is extremely uncommon. A case report of a 20-year-old male presenting with nasal obstruction due to bilateral osseous choanal atresia is discussed for its clinical interest.
