Abstract
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is a recurrent, disabling disorder characterized by transient vertigo induced by changes in head position. Several non-surgical and surgical treatment procedures have been recommended as definitive treatment in this condition. Recent reports indicate a favourable response to a variety of non-invasive, easy to perform liberatory manoeuvres, often with a single treatment session. We report our experience with the Epley manoeuvre in which we obtained a 90% overall success rate which is comparable with results of similar recent studies.Entities:
