Abstract
Facial palsy in the paediatric age group is less common than in adults, but poses its own problems because clinical diagnosis and investigations are more difficul. i' perform. In recent years, electroneuronography (EnoG) has proved to be useful for prognosis, and in many endemic areas, neuroborreliosis (Lyme'sDisease) has proved to be the commonest cause of this condition in children.
