Abstract
We describe the second case of bilateral squamous cell carcinoma arising in long-standing necrobiosis lipoidica. The occurrence of squamous cell carcinoma in necrobiosis lipoidica is rare, but should be considered in recalcitrant ulcers, especially when infiltrated.Entities:
