MMC was administered into nine (64.29%) right and five left (35.73%) middle meatuses. A total of 12 cases of synechia (42.86%) were identified in ten of the 14 patients (z test, p = 0.57). Eight patients had synechia unilaterally and two bilaterally. In the eight cases of unilateral synechia, one patient had synechia in the side treated with MMC and seven had it in the control side as (z test, p = 0.07) (Table 4).
