Abstract
Pulmonary benign metastatic leiomyoma is a rare entity with a debated pathogenesis. We report a case in which benign metastatic leiomyoma involving the lung had spontaneously regressed after debulking surgery. Although no adjuvant treatment was done, the remaining masses regressed significantly in the 1-year follow-up image.Entities:
