Abstract
The next generation genome sequencing technology and traditional polymerase chain reaction method were employed to obtain the complete mitochondrial genome of Amur ide (Leuciscus waleckii) from Dalinor Lake in Inner Mongolia, China. The mitogenome of Amur ide was determined to be 16,605 bp in length. It contains 13 protein-coding genes, 2 rRNA and 22 tRNA genes. This is the first report on the complete mitogenome sequence of Amur ide (L. waleckii).Entities:
