Abstract
Recto-urinary, recto-vaginal and ileo-anal pouch-associated fistulae are rare yet a significant clinical problem due to their profound impact on patients' quality of life and are a challenge to repair. In this report, we describe repair of these complex fistulae using a modified trans-sphincteric posterior sagittal approach with Surgisis™ mesh and fibrin sealant and review our repair outcomes.Entities:
