General characteristics of the study participants
1Rao-Scott chi-squared test. 2p-value for trend.
1-Year incidence of fall-related injuries among adults with/without musculoskeletal disease
1Number of subjects. 2Rao-Scott chi-squared test. 3Short: 1st tertile (≤3 y), medium: 2nd tertile (4-10 y), long: 3rd tertile (≥11 y).
Effects of musculoskeletal diseases on the fall-related injuries among the adults
OR, odds ratio; CI, confidence interval.
1Survey logistic regression. 2Adjusted for sex, age group, region, household income, education, and occupation. 3Reference: no musculoskeletal disease. 4OR and 95% CI were not calculated due to the small sample size. 5Short: 1st tertile (≤3 y), medium: 2nd tertile (4-10 y), long: 3rd tertile (≥11 y).
