Abstract
Herein is reported the case of a 51-year-old woman who underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy in the steep Trendelenburg position who developed postoperative benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. The etiology of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is examined and the Trendelenburg position during surgery as the triggering factor is explored.Entities:
