Abstract
Disseminated histoplasmosis has occasionally been documented in solid organ transplant patients in some endemic areas. Early diagnosis and treatment are associated with good outcomes. In this report the authors describe the clinical characteristics and natural history of undiagnosed disseminated histoplasmosis in a child who underwent a cadaveric renal transplant at a tertiary healthcare center in northeastern Thailand.Entities:
