Abstract
Pilonidal sinus is usually present in the sacrococcygeal region. The common presentations are cellulitis, abscess or sinus. Rarely malignant change may be seen in chronic pilonidal sinus. We report a case of chronic pilonidal sinus complicated with squamous cell carcinoma.Entities:
