Abstract
Richter's syndrome (RS) refers to transformation of the chronic lymphoid leukemia (CLL) to a diffuse large cell lymphoma. Prognosis of patients with RS is generally considered unfavorable. We present two cases of patients with history of CLL, who had an increased of the lymphadenopathy, with elevated lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum and increased (18)F-FDG uptake of the neck lymph nodes, with subsequent confirmation of RS by histology.Entities:
