Successful angioplasty of anomalous coronary arteries with total occlusions.

Abstract

We present 2 cases of successful angioplasty of anomalous coronary arteries with total occlusions. One of our patients had a chronic total occlusion of the right coronary artery and the other had acute total occlusion of the left anterior descending artery with special focus on optimal guide catheter selection.
