Abstract
120 cases of orofacial cancer underwent ablative surgery to cure their disease. The resultant defects were reconstructed using free radial fascio-cutaneous forearm flaps with microvascular anastomosis. The cases were consecutive and both ablation and reconstruction were performed by the same operator.Entities:
