Abstract
We describe the case report of an 86-year-old Afro-Caribbean Parkinsonian gentleman with intermittent Mobitz II heart block and syncope who received a DDD pacemaker. Due to Parkinson's syndrome, the patient rotated the atrial lead around the pacemaker, causing the famous "Twiddler's syndrome", a rare clinical issue which can easily be diagnosed with a simple chest X-ray.Entities:
