Abstract
Takayasu's arteritis (TA) is a chronic vasculitis, primarily affecting large vessels, such as the aorta and its main branches. Several reports suggest that the vascular inflammatory process is not always confined to large vessels. Here, a new case of vasculitis in intra-muscular arteries associated with TA is reported. This case provides further support for the idea that TA also involves small arterial vessels.Entities:
