Abstract
An 8-year-old boy developed a large orbital cyst, a rare complication, after enucleation. On CT there was a structure leading from the orbital apex to the posterior aspect of the cystic lesion corresponding in size and location to the contralateral optic nerve. The clinical findings and management of this case are discussed in detail and other reported cases are reviewed briefly.Entities:
