Abstract
Complications of carbon monoxide poisoning include peripheral neuropathy, which is usually confined to the lower extremities. We report a case of carbon monoxide-associated neuropathy resulting in unilateral diaphragmatic paralysis. Possible mechanisms of injury are described.Entities:
